To best serve all clients and respect everyone’s time, please review the following policy: • Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost. • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without notifying me, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show.
